This is going to be the LAST post..... ....on relationships, dating, marriage, internet ladies and feelings. After this, my every post will be about character development, having fun, self-improvement, being awesome and similar to all this. Here is the last post on relationships:- I saw in the last video about how some ladies on the internet saying how men who are single are secretly miserable. I am telling you, the internet ladies in the past literally ranted about how men should leave ladies alone, now the men actually don't approach any, now the internet ladies try to shame men into approaching them(like "Are men afraid of appraching women" or "Looks like men now fear rejection" and similar stuff. The internet ladies got a problem even when you are minding your own business. Do not fall for this shaming/triggering trap by them....let those same ladies request men to be approached. Are you seeing how any lady is not mentioning of how other ladies in the past bashed men for approaching them..... ....see how they do not want to take responsibility of other ladies said in the past which resulted to this....? #men #dating #relationships #relation #approaching

Write any 2 goals 6. 5 min silent breathing or meditation 🔹 Daytime 1. 20–30 min brisk walk or bodyweight workout (3–4x/week – build habit) 2. Avoid screens during breaks (dopamine detox) 3. Eat real food: rice, dal, veggies, eggs, fruits 4. 10 mi brain training: memory games or focus tasks 🔹 Evening (4:30–6:00 PM nap) 1. Wake up → light snack (banana or milk) 2. 15–20 min workout: push-ups, lunges, squats 3. Dinner by 7:30 PM – protein + vegetables 4. 8 PM: No phone, 5. Journal 6. Sleep by 11 PM

hey everyone, I need your help or advice. right now I feel like I am stuck . currently I am under a lot of student debt and my family is in a financial crisis and I don't know what to do . my body is a mess , I can't sleep due to stress I don't know what to do should I start a job to support my family by sacrificing my studies or should I focus on myself, I have planned a lot of things for my future that I want to pursue on my own without family help but I feel like if I don't do anything then my family will suffer, I am stuck between my family and my life I don't know what to do . i just need some advice from someone who has gone through something similar i will really appreciate it
